Ingredients
  

  • 1 container (16 oz low-fat cottage cheese)
  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (we are obsessed with Kinder’s!)
  • 2 jalapeños (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese + taco seasoning until smooth (it turns into queso magic).
  2. Cook your ground beef, drain, and toss it into a big mixing bowl with the cottage cheese.
  3. Add jalapeños + shredded cheese.
  4. That’s it—time to dig in!
