Ingredients

  • 1 lbs 93% Lean Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Banza Pasta
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt ((I used Chobani))
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with the onions and seasonings.
  2. Add the broth and pasta to your ground beef mixture.
  3. Cover and simmer until noodles are cooked through, stirring occasionally so nothing sticks to the bottom.
  4. Once noodles are cooked, add yogurt & cheese and stir until melted.

Notes

  • Nutritional information is an estimate and will vary with substitutions.
  • You could add some veggies too! Spinach, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper.
  • You can substitute any protein noodles, these are just what I have available.
  • I like to jazz it up with some jalapenos and hot sauce for my personal bowl as well!
