Barefoot days, butterfly clips, and zero responsibilities.
This FREE printable 90s-inspired summer bucket list is your permission to slow down and unplug.
Why We Love a Good Bucket List
If you know me personally, you know we love a bucket list around here.
We usually make one for every season and our favorite holidays. It gives us something to look forward to and nudges us to try new things, like filling a wall with paper snowflakes at Christmas or bobbing for apples at the kitchen table.
Remember Summer in the 90s?
When I think of my childhood summers I specifically recall popcorn in a Ziploc bag at the public pool and visits to the library. I want my kids to experience big adventures, but I also want to hold onto the magic of simple pleasures.
While we’re all about goals and growth over here, this summer I’m inviting you to press pause on the hustle.
This time, our bucket list has a nostalgic twist, a sweet little rewind to the summers I remember from childhood.
Their Childhood = Your Parenthood
Something that’s always mattered to me as a parent: letting the kids be kids as long as possible.
Now that mine are getting older and one is entering the pre-teen years, I feel that tug to slow things down even more.
It’s so easy to get swept up in the hustle of sports schedules, screen time, to do lists… but what if we chose slower moments on purpose?
You get to relive some of your favorite memories. This bucket list is a little love letter to that version of summer, for the kids, but also for us.

So print it out, hang it up, and make some magic. ☀️✨
